Refund Policy

Majestic Pharaoh wants to ensure that our consumers have a positive buying experience. This Refund Policy covers the criteria and procedures for refunding purchases made on our online Shopify store. Please carefully read this policy before making any transactions.

 

1. Eligibility for Refund

1.1. Products Eligible for Refunds:

A physical item, such as apparel, accessories, or other tangible things, must be purchased to be eligible for a refund.

1.2  Services Eligible for Refunds: 

Refunds are not available for services such as memberships, subscriptions, or digital downloads unless expressly indicated in the service description or required by applicable laws.

 

2. Refund Request Procedure

2.1. Making a Refund Request: 

Customers must contact us within 15 days of the purchase date to commence a refund request. Refund requests received after this time period may not be accepted.

2.2. Proof of Purchase:

When requesting a refund, customers must submit proof of purchase, such as an order number, purchase receipt, or any other relevant transaction information.

2.3. Refund Reason:

We respectfully ask that customers provide a detailed and valid reason for the refund request in order for us to better understand the problem and improve our products and services.

2.4. Physical Product Return:

Customers may be required to return qualifying physical product returns to us at their own expense. The goods must be in its original, unused condition, with its original packaging. Clothing and wearable items must still have tags, not worn, and must not smell of tobacco or marijuana in order to be acceptable. 

 

3. Items that don't qualify for refund

3.1. Majestic Pharaoh Gift Cards:

Majestic Pharaoh gift cards are non-refundable. 

3.2. Final Sale Items:

Certain items labeled "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not refundable.

3.3. Personalized and Customized Products:

Personalized or customized products based on the customer's specifications are non-refundable, unless they come damaged or defective.

 

4. Processing of Refunds

4.1. Approval of Refunds:

We will assess if the request fits our qualifying standards after we receive and review the refund request, along with any supporting documentation. If a refund request does not fit our policy requirements, we reserve the right to decline it.

4.2. Refund Procedure:

Refunds that are approved will be executed using the same payment method as was used for the initial purchase. Please keep in mind that depending on the payment provider, the refund may take a few business days to arrive in the customer's account.

4.3. Partial Refunds:

If only a portion of your order is qualified for a refund, we may give partial refunds in some situations.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Products

5.1. Reporting Damaged or faulty Products:

If a client receives a damaged or faulty product, he or she must contact us within three days of receipt. To examine the situation, we may require photographic evidence or other documentation.

5.2. Refund or replacement:   

We will either offer a replacement of the same item (subject to availability) or a complete refund, including any shipping charges incurred, after confirming the damage or defect.

 

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

6.1. Policy Changes:

Majestic Pharaoh maintains the right, at any time, to change or modify this Refund Policy. Any modifications will be publicized on our website, and the amended policy will go into effect immediately.

6.2. Continued Use:

Customers agree to abide by the amended Refund Policy by continuing to use our website and make transactions following any policy changes.
